Hip pain can be caused by accidents, repetitive motions (hello, runners!) or even sleeping positions. If you suffer from hip pain, I will assess the likely cause of your pain and massage to bring relief.
hamstring pulls & TEARS
A hamstring pull or tear is a relatively common problem for athletes who accelerate quickly such as runners or soccer players but it doesn't have to spell the end of the season. Some of us pull our hamstrings when working in our gardens but this shouldn't mean you have to quit tending your garden for the rest of the growing season. Whatever the cause of your pulled or torn muscle, I'll help you along in your healing journey by massaging you to relax the muscle, break down scar tissue, stretching the muscle to restore it to its normal length which will allow it to returned to a normal range of motion.
